In School CPD & Development
Delivered as bespoke CPD, PE leadership and curriculum support, INSET days or twilight sessions - built around your school's actual priorities, not a generic training calendar.
Our work starts with a skills audit, so we understand exactly where your team is starting from. Together, we agree what impact you're looking for and a clear timescale to deliver it. At the end, we measure that impact, report back with our findings, and hand over recommendations for what comes next.

Thrive have been strategic in developing our PE curriculum, ensuring children experience progressive opportunities to develop the fundamental movement skills lower down the school, up to engaging in competitive sport with skill in Key stage 2.
