Schools today face challenges that extend far beyond academic achievement.

Wellbeing.
Positive relationships.
For over 20 years, Thrive has worked alongside schools to help children develop the skills, confidence and resilience they need to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
Our programmes combine movement, mentoring, wellbeing, leadership and personal development to create meaningful impact for pupils, staff and school communities.
Building confidence, connection and belonging
The impact of giving children opportunities to discuss things has been felt across the school. Both teachers and pupils have learned things and we would recommend Thrive, their support and courses to any school

Our Programmes
More than two decades supporting children and schools
Our founders Matthew Johnson and Andy Aspinall have spent more than 20 years working alongside schools, young people and communities across Cheshire and the North West.
Their experience spans education, youth development, wellbeing, inclusion, coaching and workforce development.
Over the years, one thing became increasingly clear:
Schools needed support that went beyond sport.
Today Thrive helps schools develop the whole child through programmes focused on confidence, wellbeing, belonging, leadership and positive engagement.
Sport and movement remain powerful tools, but they are no longer the destination.
They are part of the journey.
The way the team at Thrive delivered their courses ensures that there is a good balance between class-based learning and outdoor activity. I would recommend Thrive to other schools, particularly if they didn’t have a scheme of work in place through their PSHE that covers Mental Health

Putting mental health first
Our core goal and guiding principle is to improve and support the mental health of everyone we encounter, including staff, teachers and pupils. As well as providing support and cover for sport and music, Thrive also provide mental health support for pupils and accredited qualifications for school staff to raise awareness of mental health.
